4. Listing Equipment

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and condition. Misrepresentation of equipment is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Transactions

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. KitchenEquipmentTrader.com is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the completion or quality of any sale.

6. Dealer Subscriptions

Dealer accounts are subject to monthly or annual subscription fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: post fraudulent listings, harass other users, scrape or crawl the site in an automated manner, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KitchenEquipmentTrader.com, excluding user-submitted listings, is the property of KitchenEquipmentTrader.com. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitter.

9. Limitation of Liability

KitchenEquipmentTrader.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any transactions conducted through the platform.
